Apart from my Angel work, I am an artist by trade.  I received a MA Hons. in Fine Art from Edinburgh University and Edinburgh College of Art in 1984 before training as a teacher.  I am passionate about the natural environment and have made paintings outdoors in all weathers...  I hope that I will always be able to go out to paint in nature, even after completing my Angels' books.
